American Motor Company is an American company which is popularly known as AMC .it was formed in 1954 with the merger of Nash-Kelvinator and Hudson company one of the largest merger in the history of United States of America. With a sum value of $198,000,000.
AMC partnered with Renault in 1979 because it had almost become difficult to hold the downturn in automobile industry. The partnership was not that successful and in later 1987 the company was purchased by Chrysler Corporation .which then discontinued AMC line of products. AMC trucks are known for their less maintenance engines and are well design i.e. AMC Trucks designs are in such a way that it can be utilized maximum for whatever they are built.
