Few years ago Volvo launched its XC60 which was another luxury vehicle that created history in the Indian books for Volvo.
This car was inspired by the new generation Scandinavian design that had a blend of all, Luxury, dynamic design and driving pleasure that comes along with a powerful engine. Even the S 60 features the same power packed engine.
According to Volvo sources the S 60 will have the same D5, 2.5 L twin turbocharged engine. That generates 205 horsepower and 420 lb ft of peak torque.
Volvo trademark for offering the best and the latest safety features is even continued with this S 60 Volvo model. It is equipped with features like Pedestrian Detection. This car even keeps a track of the traffic on the road and slows the vehicle accordingly this prevents rear end collisions and prevents any other circumstance that will be hazardous fo the car as well as pedestrians.
The car will be not be assembled but will be imported as CBU (completely built units). Even Volvo XC60 was imported as CBU units. This will result in full 110% custom duty on this model.
